The YakAttack GridLoc Through Hull Wiring Kit is perfect for popular removable fishfinder pods on kayaks as well as other applications where wires need to be run through the hull of a kayak or boat. It is also compatible with the BlackPak Pro's GridLoc mounting platform, opening the door to many other applications such as using the BlackPak Pro as a battery box for the motor, action cameras, etc. Installation does not require access to the rear of the installation area, but does require a 1" hole. Installation does not require access to the rear of the installation area, but does require a 1" hole. 14 rubber inserts with common hole sizes ranging from 0.08" to 0.389" in diameter, 4 blank inserts, 2 nylon grommets, and 2 sets of hardware are included. If your installation requires more than an inch of clearance to run wires or connectors, the XL (1.5-inch hole) version of the GridLoc Hull Wiring Kit is the best option. To ensure a watertight seal, marine sealant is required. This is an updated version of our original Hull Wiring Kit, as compatibility with the GridLoc hole pattern has been added to this new version. In addition, we have added 2 additional blank inserts and 2 smaller 0.8" inserts for smaller wires.
