The YakAttack RotoGrip Pro Phone Holder is exactly the phone holder you've come to expect from YakAttack. Its revolutionary design is unlike anything else on the market and uses our popular RotoGrip technology for quick, one-handed use. The phone holder features two adjustable rubber wheels that securely hold most modern smartphones and the width settings can be easily adjusted. Compatible with smartphones ranging from: 2.75" to 3.625" wide, 0.303" to 0.625" thick.
This version of the RotoGrip Phone Mount includes a universal smartphone harness and tether, a LockNLoad mounting system, and a 5-inch extension arm for unlimited adjustments. The LockNLoad mounting system is compatible with all YakAttack GearTrac, MightyMounts, and most other factory-installed kayak rail systems.
The phone mount features a 1" ball joint system that allows for easy articulation to achieve a wide variety of positions. The 1" ball joint on the back of the phone mount is also used to adjust the width of the frame and retaining wheels. Pulling against the ball joint releases the spring-loaded gear and can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the width to your phone. To find the right position for your phone, adjust the arms so that your phone is held securely in place. Your phone should roll firmly into place with one hand when the settings are correct.
The included Universal Smartphone Harness and Tether features a flexible, grippy silicone interface. This harness fits devices with or without a case, ensuring your phone is securely held in place. The harness includes a coiled coated steel tether (9" coiled, 48" fully extended) with a locking carabiner. The carabiner is designed to attach to the tether point on the phone holder frame, giving you added peace of mind that your phone is secure. Designed for ease of use, the harness provides effortless access to your phone's features and is designed not to interfere with or block the camera lens.
