The 9200 model is a little wider than the usual Greenland paddles. This feature, combined with an almost flat tip area, allows for increased power, while maintaining the characteristics of the Greenland paddle. It moves very smoothly through the water and has a very clear and precise feedback. Unlike other carbon paddles, this paddle does not become slippery when wet thanks to its special surface. The surface is not rough, there are no blisters, it just has high friction, like my wooden paddles. The handle is oval 31x36mm / 1.22 x 1.42″. The soft shoulders facilitate sliding movements, while allowing you to feel the starting point of the blade.
The joint is shaped like a hexagonal tube, which is locked with a simple snap lock.
