- The Hiyak is Astral’s idea of a good pair of boots . It offers ground-hugging stability, foot protection, and insulation without neoprene. The result is a boot that’s lighter, more durable, quick-drying, and offers phenomenal traction.
Features
- Intended use: Water, boat
- Upper: Hydrophobic canvas with 1060D ballistic nylon reinforcement. Padded ankle protection with a semi-rigid heel cup. 3mm padded spacer-mesh lining. Hidden laces with velcro flap. Reflective logo on heel and tongue, water-resistant laces.
- Midsole: 7mm thick 45C closed cell removable EVA foam.
- Outsole: High friction G.ss(TM) rubber compound with drainage holes at the toe and heel. 3.5mm thick. Non-marking.
- Distance between foot and ground: 12 mm at the heel, 11 mm at the ball.
